1. What is TheLoveFlorist.com?


TheLoveFlorist.com is Singapore's leading flower and gift delivery website. We perform deliveries 24 hours a day provided you give us adequate notice. Our flowers are maintained fresh and deliveries arrive punctually 99% of the time. Kindly refer below for delivery cut-off times.

 

2. When will the flowers be delivered earliest if I buy before or after 6pm of a particular day?


Order placed and paid before 7am, your order will be delivered by 2pm on the same day.

Order placed and paid before 12noon, your order will be delivered by 6pm same day.

Order placed and paid before 6pm, your order will be delivered before 9pm same day.

Order placed and paid after 6pm, your order will be delivered the next day before 12 noon.

If you place your order a couple of days in advance, it will not be a problem as it gives us more than enough time to plan your delivery routes. Appreciate that :-)

 

3. Why is your flowers more affordable than others?

Our prices are very competitive as we own our own farms and flowers are harvested daily and sent to Singapore immediately. Our business cost level are kept to the bare minimum and all savings are transferred to our customers in the form or a better and larger gift at a lower price.

4. What surcharges do you impose?

Unlike most of Singapore florists, we try to make it as transparent as possible to our customers. Please read on so you do not have to be mislead by other florists:

 

Goods & Services Tax (GST) - NO CHARGE / FREE

It is our company policy to absorb all GST charges and we remit all GST to the Singapore Government on the company level. You pay only the listed price, no surcharges upon checkout whatsoever.

 

Delivery Charges - NO CHARGE / FREE

There is no delivery charge imposed and you pay only the listed price no surcharges upon checkout. This is different from our competitors who levy you an additional S$7- $15 upon checkout.

 

Redelivery Fee - S$20.00

Additional charges (S$20 per trip) will be incurred if incorrect contact details were provided, or if no one signs for receipt of item/bouquet delivered to the given address. The gift will be returned back to our cold facility and refurbished to look their best the next day.

 

Delivery between midnight - 6am

We impose a surcharge of $50 for delivery between this time as our poor driver has to stay up the whole night.

 

Time specific deliveries

We have the right to impose $20 for time specific deliveries. We have the right to reject time specific deliveries due to delivery personnel constraints.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is made, the order becomes strictly non-cancellable. This is due to the perishable nature of the products.  Only in rare and exceptional case, for example, the customer place the order one week in advance of the delivery date, and cancellation is made 3 days before delivery date. Even this is subject to a minimum handling fee of $10 per order. Cancellation is strictly not possible during peak season like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.

 

 

6. What other services do you offer?


Well, for now we deliver flowers to your special someone. We will try our best to accomodate your special and specific request, please do not be afraid to tell us what's in your mind, everything will be kept private and confidential.

7. Who do I call if my flower is not delivered on time?
You can use our Real Time Order Tracking system by keying in your email and a serial code provided to you when you place an order or give us a call at our hotline +65 5248 5482 to check with us whether our flower delivery person has has encountered difficulty to deliver punctually. Late deliveries are exceptions rather than the norm.

8. How do I make the payment for the flowers that I have ordered?
We accept Visa/MasterCard credit card or any debit card via eNets. Please refer to our Payment Page for further information.

9. My first impression on your URL was the website will be filled with love-related stories or a community site. Why is it not so?
Having a domain name called TheLoveFlorist.com is a daunting task. The scope that LOVE covers is from one end of a rainbow spectrum to the other - it is endless. So we thought we need to begin somewhere. We thought of Valentine's Day. It's the celebration for lovers worldwide. Thus the flowers came in sight. Please be patient, give us time, we will surprise you later!

10. What is product substitution?
Product design may vary and product might not be available in certain outstation location and we at TheLoveFlorist.com reserves the right to substitute with another product of the value.
